Xing Tai S&P Mechanical Seal Factory, formerly known as the "Xing tai Pilot Mold", was founded in 2002. For a long time, it have been supply molds for many domestic manufacturers of oil seal, continuous service for 15 years. The company is now specialized in rubber seals, PTFE seals, PU seals and so on, with design, R&D, production all in one.
S&P covers an area of 15000 square meters, including construction area of 7000 square meters. Its annual productivity are 100 million pieces rubber seals, 50000 pieces PTFE seals, 5 million polyurethane and 500000 pieces labyrinth seal. It has more than one hundred employees, product research and development personnel 18 people, including 3 people with graduate degrees and 2 people have senior engineer title. The company has advanced mold research and development department, metal surface treatment system, Ingredients and feeding mistake proofing system, rubber mixing, vulcanization, trimming, experiment testing, material such as constant temperature and humidity storage devices. The Company production of various types, specifications, models of high precision mechanical seal components, can help our clients achieve one-stop shopping, saving time, effort and worry.
